Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the departure date.
- Bookings made within 14 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
- Booking confirmation, trip details, and payment instructions will be sent via email.
2. Payment Methods
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment platforms (details provided upon booking).
- Any bank fees, transfer fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the guest.
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of total payment
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total payment
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
- No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed tours, or early departure.
- Postponement or rescheduling may be considered subject to availability and company discretion.
4. Travel Insurance
- Guests are strongly advised to obtain personal travel and medical insurance covering:
- Trip cancellations
- Accidents or injuries
- Medical treatment
- Emergency evacuation
- The company is not responsible for personal loss, damage, illness, or injury during the trip.
5. Health & Safety
- Guests must be in good physical condition to participate in trekking, snorkeling, or other outdoor activities.
- Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Safety equipment (life jackets, first aid kits, etc.) is provided onboard.
- The crew and guide reserve the right to modify or cancel activities due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Itinerary & Weather Conditions
- All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, or local authority regulations.
- The captain and guide have full authority to adjust routes for passenger safety and comfort.
- Missed destinations or activities caused by weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.
7. Responsibility & Liability
- The company acts solely as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other service providers.
- The company shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Flight cancellations
- Government regulations or restrictions
8. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- Valuables may be stored in designated lockers onboard; however, the company is not liable for loss or damage.
9. Alcohol & Guest Conduct
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted in moderation.
- The crew reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip for guests whose behavior endangers themselves or others.
- Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate trip termination without refund.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking and submitting payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
